Italy, Germany, and England (I know that's more than one, but sometimes awesomeness can't be contained in a single place)
My perfect Sunday:
Maybe waking up late, having a nice breakfast outdoors then going to the pub to kill a couple hours having some drinks and playing backgammon, or doing something more active, and then coming home and watching television while we eat a scrumptious dinner.
The movie I've watched the most times:
"The Big Lebowski". I'm a huge Coen brothers fan and while it's not my favorite movie of all time, that film is one that I can go back to again and again and always laugh. My favorite film of all-time is Jean Renoir's "The Rules of the Game." If you haven't seen it, seek it out! And since I am obsessed film I'll throw in that I love "The Apartment," "Do The Right Thing," and "Crimes and Misdemeanors" There are many more, but this is a jumping off list.
My life history in 5 sentences or fewer:
Born in Nebraska and moved to California when I was 13. Attended college at UCSC and moved to LA a couple years ago. I am obsessed with movies. I love to read but I also enjoy being active by going on hikes and long walks.
My first concert / My dream concert:
I can't remember what my first concert was but I did see Patti Smith and Elvis Costello at the Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival last year. That has to be somewhere close to my dream concert coming true.
Obscure knowledge I possess:
Where the color khaki comes from. I don't know why I know it, but I do.
I have a weakness for guys/girls who:
Aren't afraid to nerd out about something they truly love. A nerding out can be about anything; comics, books, films, sports, food, etc. As long as its something that she is passionate about, that's all that matters.
For me, a first date no-no is:
A woman who gets drunk.
I secretly want to be:
Spider-man. Or a photographer for national geographic.
I want to be with someone who wants to be:
Adventurous.
If I won the lottery and quit my job, I would:
Travel. To any and every place.
One thing my mother would want you to know about me:
My mom says I'm cool (just kidding, no one says that)
I want to come home to:
A good woman, a dog, and (eventually) kids.
