How about we… go bowling at Quinnz Pinz! I've never been there. (Bowling's not exactly my strong suit, but I still get a kick out of it.)
How about we… Get dinner at Bugaboo Creek Steakhouse. I hear they have a talking moose.
Laugh, sleep, solve problems, exercise/work outdoors, build & fix things, watch movies, snowboard, row, be challenged, learn new things.
Whistler, BC. SO much snow!
Great company and no plans, except dinner at my favorite restaurant.
It's a tie between Pink Floyd The Wall and The Sound of Music, both from when I was a kid. Weird, I know! Some of my favorites are The Sixth Sense, Last of the Mohicans, Caddyshack, A Beautiful Mind, and The Sweetest Thing.
Grew up in Gardiner, NY. Went to college for civil & environmental engineering. Got into rowing for my school's team, and I loved it. Did engineering and construction work, with lots of travel. Now I'm back in Gardiner, self-employed, honing my acting skills, and looking for ways to leave the world a better place than I found it. And have a good time while I'm at it. How many sentences is that? Do fragments count?
First: the Hooters, in the local college gymnasium. What can I say, it was the 80's. / Dream: Johnny Cash. Dammit.
My sister recently pointed out that I know lots of ways to stick things together. Also, I know more than I ever wanted to about cell towers. And I can explain why the sky is blue.
Have an easy laugh, a positive outlook, and a willingness to try new things.
Insisting that we go to the roof of your building to rendezvous with the mother ship. Wait, I'd actually be into that.
The time I saw someone being cremated.
The guy in the Dos Equis commercials, "The Most Interesting Man in the World". Those ads crack me up!
Ridiculously happy together.
Building stone walls. Improv theater. Getting involved in grassroots environmental causes. Being a thorn in the sides of incompetent politicians. I've got a lot of infatuations. I could go on...
Start a think tank to come up with new uses for the rubber chicken. Okay, really: I'd make sure my family and I are taken care of, then put the remaining money to work on environmental issues, most likely through open space preservation. Then the chicken thing, I don't think that would cost much.
I'm a great catch, and I hardly ever cried as a baby.
