How about we… grab a sophisticated brew at a coffee shop in the Third Ward, discuss literature, and think philosophical thoughts.
An awesome place I've visited:
The Daytona 500. I know, a "man sports" answer, but due to a former, long battle with Lyme Disease, I wasn't able to travel much in my past. Perhaps this question, for me, would be more suitable as, "awesome places I'm going to visit".
My perfect Sunday:
A pleasant church service, a nice cup of coffee with the wife, some perusal of magazines and literature over the coffee, some intimate conversation, some quiet shopping perhaps, lots of hand-holding, and a few random 'n restful activities of our choosing.
The movie I've watched the most times:
Road to Perdition, I'd say.
My life history in 5 sentences or fewer:
I grew up in Dallas, TX and moved to Milwaukee, WI with the family at age 11. I got a bad case of Lyme Disease which last eight years. Having survived that, I got my degree (from home during the disease) and became an artist after discovering my passions during my many years of downtime. My relationship with Christ, my family, serving others, intellectual pursuits, and art are my main interests in life.
My first concert / My dream concert:
Actually, it was a classical music concert when I was four or five. I don't particularly remember what it was... My dream concert would be either be Coldplay or my favorite Rachmaninoff symphonies.
Obscure knowledge I possess:
What the cosmological constant is in the Einstein Field Equation. This was supposed to be an "obscure" bit of knowledge, right? I'm not a geek, mind you.
I have a weakness for guys/girls who:
Are smart, not silly, and not very flirty.
What I would bring to show and tell:
Comic book images of mine.
I secretly want to be:
I want to come home to:
Peace and quiet.
