How about we… grab a sophisticated brew at a coffee shop in the Third Ward, discuss literature, and think philosophical thoughts.
The Daytona 500. I know, a "man sports" answer, but due to a former, long battle with Lyme Disease, I wasn't able to travel much in my past. Perhaps this question, for me, would be more suitable as, "awesome places I'm going to visit".
A pleasant church service, a nice cup of coffee with the wife, some perusal of magazines and literature over the coffee, some intimate conversation, some quiet shopping perhaps, lots of hand-holding, and a few random 'n restful activities of our choosing.
Road to Perdition, I'd say.
I grew up in Dallas, TX and moved to Milwaukee, WI with the family at age 11. I got a bad case of Lyme Disease which last eight years. Having survived that, I got my degree (from home during the disease) and became an artist after discovering my passions during my many years of downtime. My relationship with Christ, my family, serving others, intellectual pursuits, and art are my main interests in life.
Actually, it was a classical music concert when I was four or five. I don't particularly remember what it was... My dream concert would be either be Coldplay or my favorite Rachmaninoff symphonies.
What the cosmological constant is in the Einstein Field Equation. This was supposed to be an "obscure" bit of knowledge, right? I'm not a geek, mind you.
Are smart, not silly, and not very flirty.
