An awesome place I've visited:
New Orleans Jazz Fest. The Florida Keys. Christmas dinner with my parents and brothers' families. The Bahamas. The Cascade Loop in summer with my daughter asleep in the rear view mirror while Van Morrison provides the soundtrack.
My perfect Sunday:
spending time with my daughter, doing something musical, and taking a fun, vigorous, exploring walk with someone I enjoy.
The movie I've watched the most times:
Slapshot? Caddyshack? Centurion? Alas, I don't get to see movies much these days.
My life history in 5 sentences or fewer:
I'm a busy, single dad from New Jersey & Baltimore that is deeply involved in his young daughter's life. I have a solid day job, a fair amount of responsibilities, and I'm very musically creative. It's a tough balance, but I have enough drive to make it work. I'm looking for that last missing piece--a woman with integrity and a similar life.
My first concert / My dream concert:
First: Chuck Mangione with Dizzy Gillespie (age 10?). Dream concert: me at the Gorge!
Obscure knowledge I possess:
I have a lot of obscure knowledge. My friends call them "fun facts". Most of them stem from my numerous hobbies.
I have a weakness for guys/girls who:
are easy-going and have a uplifting cute smile.
For me, a first date no-no is:
Not being yourself.
What I would bring to show and tell:
Someone who would bring me as their presentation for show and tell. And then I would tell stories.
I secretly want to be:
a palm tree in the Caribbean.
I want to be with someone who wants to be:
Themselves.
If I won the lottery and quit my job, I would:
Start a record label and get involved with education again.
