Adopted at birth, I was born in the Midwest, raised in the South, and moved to San Francisco in 2010. I was accepted to med school out of high school and dropped out of med school on ethical principles four years later. In trying to figure out what the hell I was going to do next, I became passionate about design, primarily for the web and devices. Most of my life revolves around design, philosophy, and technology.

How to perform a triple bypass heart surgery (in fact, I have held someone's heart while one was being performed on it)
