My perfect Sunday:

NYT's and brunch, then a museum visit, hike or bike ride depending on the weather. Quiet night at home cooking dinner, calling family and watching a movie. Or maybe a day trip starting early to NYC or Philadelphia. Early to bed..and lots of cuddling etc.

The movie I've watched the most times:

Rainman, Casablanca, Lives of Others.

My life history in 5 sentences or fewer:

Born in Pittsburgh. Raised in Ohio, Buffalo NY, and then Pittsburgh again. Oldest of four in very close intact family. Close extended family in Pittsburgh. Catholic schools and women's college. Graduate university in NYC. Fascinating career, living in the Bos-Wash corridor throughout. Two wonderful 20-something daughters. Wanderlust and lust still unfulfilled at 60; though seen all continents and have fair share of experiences. All good. Books, ideas, people and travel are my passions.

My first concert / My dream concert:

Spoletto, Tanglewood, Santa Fe Opera, Anything at Carnegie Hall. Lincoln Center, Kimmel Center, or Paris Opera. Any opera in Vienna. First rock concert was in Pittsburgh...Rolling Stones. Amazing.
