The Galapagos Islands were pretty amazing. I spent a while studying Cuba in college and am fascinated by the island...it's on the shortlist.

Something active, farmers market shopping, cooking said purchases from farmers market, other spontaneous adventures

I grew up outside of NYC and then moved out to Colorado for school but fell in love and stayed out there for two more years. I somewhat reluctantly came back to NYC for a great job and while I miss the mountains and the lifestyle, there is no city like NYC. I love being outside, whether it's a long walk, riding a bike, throwing a frisbee/football in the park or venturing out of the city. I got bit by the travel bug in college and have spent several years living in South America since. I like to have a good time, try new things and meet new people. I am usually a bit sarcastic and can be a little cynical at times as well.
