When I have it off, brunch at home or out with friends. I love sitting curled up with a good book or movie. Maybe go for a long walk in the afternoon. Or a wine tasting trip to Sonoma sounds good, too!

My life history in 5 sentences or fewer:
Born and raised in Turlock, CA, and hated it after the age of 15. Looking to escape, went to Italy as an exchange student (which started a long love affair with Italy!). Been living in SF for almost 12 years and working in the restaurant business for longer...way too much tell! That sounds a lot more boring than it was! :)
My first concert / My dream concert:
First concert was Brian Adams in Torino, Italy when I was an exchange student.
Obscure knowledge I possess:
Lots of random knowledge! Food and beverages are huge! Nutrition and alcohol...got to eat well if you plan on drinking! Also, trained with a gelato maker in Italy.
I have a weakness for guys/girls who:
Have a corny sense of humor and/or know how to partner dance.
For me, a first date no-no is:
Getting overly cuddly without making sure it's ok. I WILL let you know, but...
I secretly want to be:
A singer (jazz or blues...). No, really, a restauratuer.
I want to be with someone who wants to be:
To have fun. Be serious. Talk about what's right and wrong in the world. Crack corny jokes and be a goofball, too... Somebody who's mature, but can still be adolescently quirky periodically, too.
An infatuation of mine:
Science Fiction novels (especially space operas), I mean, besides a long standing one with Johnny Depp! :)
If I won the lottery and quit my job, I would:
Pay off my parent's mortgage, buy a small property in wine country (Sonoma maybe?), condo in SF and a bar/restaurant.
One thing my mother would want you to know about me:
I hate shopping! Haha! It bugs her, but maybe not you! I LOVE shopping for books, produce, wine and cheese!
I want to come home to:
Good energy! Maybe exchanging how the day treated us. Laughter and affection.
