About johner.reyes

An awesome place I've visited:

Sahara Desert (mind blowing!)

My perfect Sunday:

NYT, breakfast, family, and home cooked dinner.

The movie I've watched the most times:

Annual Christmas season movie: Serendipity Annual Thanksgiving movie: Stepmom Feeling "lonely" movie: Lost in Translation Randomness: Garden State PEDRO ALMODOVAR :)

My life history in 5 sentences or fewer:

Born and bred in Manila. Moved to the United States around 7 years ago. Decided to pursue post-graduate studies in Spain. Moved back to New York City. Currently seeking treasure.

My first concert / My dream concert:

My dream concert would be: VIP Dave Matthews Band with the late LeRoi Moore; The Cure; and ::gulp:: Beyonce's Intimate Concert in Las Vegas.

Obscure knowledge I possess:

Filipino history and literature.

I have a weakness for guys/girls who:

...is respectful, cultured, family-oriented, and intelligent. I'm also attracted to guys who are "storytellers," per se.

What I would bring to show and tell:

Photograph of my grandparents when they were young.

A story you should remind me to tell you on our first date:

Say, "Salamanca," and I guarantee you'll see a bright smile, eager to tell you THAT story.

If I won the lottery and quit my job, I would:

Build a non-profit organization that aims to build schools in villages in third world countries, especially in the Philippines, that will also help to promote local "products" that they can sell around the world (I can go on and on about this - I have a plan! :) even without having the need to win the lottery).

One thing my mother would want you to know about me:

I'm the "unexpected" child (read between the lines).

I want to come home to:

...a family.
