How about we… Meet and take a walk at Big Spring Park? If that goes well, on to dinner or a movie.
An awesome place I've visited:
My perfect Sunday:
I work every Sunday. But if I could have them off, perfect ones would be spent on the lake, or puttering around looking at things in places I hadn't visited recently.
The movie I've watched the most times:
My life history in 5 sentences or fewer:
I grew up in Detroit, transplanted with my mom to Alabama when I was 15. Had my first child when I was still a child. I did things the hard way. I'm now 7 mos. away from being an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. I guess that makes me somewhat of a success story.
Obscure knowledge I possess:
Random medical facts.
I have a weakness for guys/girls who:
Can laugh at themselves, have a sarcastic side and can find that amusing in others without being offended, who are comfortable with themselves just the way they are, and who love to learn.
For me, a first date no-no is:
Talk of sex and exes. I'm not a prude by a long shot. I've just got more to bring to the table than that.
What I would bring to show and tell:
My dog Zeus. Bull Mastiff. Monster.
A story you should remind me to tell you on our first date:
About my best friend Kim
I secretly want to be:
Independently wealthy, and live on the lake with all my family and closest friends living in houses beside me.
I want to be with someone who wants to be:
Who knows what they want, is ready to obtain it, isn't afraid to work for it, and wants to share and merge those goals with someone else's.
An infatuation of mine:
Port wines and expensive chocolate.
If I won the lottery and quit my job, I would:
Buy those houses on the Lake, setting up my friends and family compound.
One thing my mother would want you to know about me:
I'll give all I've got until I reach my breaking point. But once there. There's no going back. So don't take advantage of my generosity.
I want to come home to:
A moderately clean house. A smile that's happy to see me, arms that are glad to hold me, and lips that can't wait to kiss me.
