How about we… Go to the Lilac Fest, buy a big bag of kettle corn, climb a tree, and observe the passers-by from on high. Or we could just drop kettle corn in their hair. Whatever.
How about we… Make a bonfire at the beach and roast marshmallows for S'mores?
How about we… meet up at Aladdin's Natural Eatery, walk the Monroe Ave/Cobb's Hill area, and top it off with a Slurpee from 7-11?
An awesome place I've visited:
The abandoned subway.
My perfect Sunday:
Homemade bagels with a schmear of good cream cheese and the newspaper. Thus fortified, we would spend the day playing outside. In my ideal Sunday, it's always summer. Fat chance in Rochester, but a girl can dream.
The movie I've watched the most times:
Top three: The Muppet Movie, Mean Girls, the Sandlot. I quote all three all the time.
My life history in 5 sentences or fewer:
Nerdy, extroverted introvert, after a turn-of-the-Millennium hiatus, has rekindled her love of the 'X-Files' and fishing. I've made some of the greatest friends in the Universe. Gmail*msemmykins
My first concert / My dream concert:
First Concert: 98PXY's SummerJam 2000 (I can still remember most of the lineup, too.) Dream concert: Some sort of crazy festival featuring The Rolling Stones and Led Zeppelin circa 1975, John Coltrane, Hank Williams, Parliament, Taylor Swift, The Smashing Pumpkins, Dolly Parton, and the best of the 90's West Coast rappers. Also James Brown and Loretta Lynn.
Obscure knowledge I possess:
I know about all types of crap, it comes with the territory.
I have a weakness for guys/girls who:
Share my sense of humor.
For me, a first date no-no is:
Not tipping the waiter/waitress.
What I would bring to show and tell:
Me and my kickass superpowers.
I secretly want to be:
I want to be with someone who wants to be:
An infatuation of mine:
Kerrygold Irish Butter, it's so creamy!
If I won the lottery and quit my job, I would:
Build a house with a library wing.
One thing my mother would want you to know about me:
I like to make trouble.
