Sleeping in, going to brunch (or making it, depending on the mood...either way with GOOD coffee), going out and enjoying the day with a hike or a wine tasting or a sail or the like, having dinner there (wherever 'there' is), then coming home to relax again, maybe with wine n a movie before turning in.
