My perfect Sunday:
Waking up around 10:30-11, stopping by a food bank like gleaners to help dish out Sunday Lunch to those in need. After that grabbing a bite to eat at a locally owned pub with friends and family. Finishing it off by either relaxing or taking in a pickup basketball game depending on how much energy I have left to burn.
The movie I've watched the most times:
Recently it has probably been Children of Men starring Clive Owen. Something about the concept and cinematography of that movie is just fantastic.
My life history in 5 sentences or fewer:
I was born into a loving, strong, middle class family in Southeast Michigan. I learned to love community service and basketball at a young age. I've attended 3 colleges while not knowing what I wanted to do as a career. I figured out what I want to do(run a non-profit) while serving a year in Americorps NCCC(a national service volunteer program). I'm extremely content with the path of my life.
My first concert / My dream concert:
My first concert was actually when I was in high school. I saw John Mayer and the Counting Crows play at DTE. Went for John Mayer, was completely blown away by the Counting Crows. Old men can jam.
Obscure knowledge I possess:
heh....too much to list...a literal trivia machine.
I have a weakness for guys/girls who:
are intelligent and kind.
For me, a first date no-no is:
talking about your ex.
What I would bring to show and tell:
actually, I would bring this stick of Catalina Iron Wood to show in tell. Odd, I know, but there are only approximately 50 of these trees left in the world and I think that is pretty neat.
A story you should remind me to tell you on our first date:
all of my stories are better told in the flow of conversation.
I secretly want to be:
obviously this wouldn't be secret if I told you.

An infatuation of mine:
history. I love it....just met some WWII vets at my work the other day....two of them landed on the beach during D-Day....amazing.
If I won the lottery and quit my job, I would:
take care of my friends and family first. After that, I would travel the world meeting with social leaders.
One thing my mother would want you to know about me:
that I need 20 minutes to wake up before answering any questions of value.
I want to come home to:
family and friends.
