My perfect Sunday:

Bike ride on Beach Drive in Rock Creek Park in the am, followed by a hunt for tasty tomatoes and handmade pasta at the farmer's market in Dupont or Mt. Pleasant. Delicious home-cooked veg meal for lunch, followed by a lazy afternoon. Catch up on some reading or some Daily Show. Meridian Hill Park drum circle in the early evening for some people-watching and dance lessons. Flamenco + wine + tasty tapas at Vinoteca for the rest of the night. In bed by midnight with the hopes of a lazy Monday morning (probably unlikely).

First - Cake. Dream - Red Hot Chili Peppers. And it finally became real! They were in town in May.

can make me laugh, are down-to-earth, quirky, and generally unboxable. Also helps if you can cook fabulous veggie food, love animals, and despise Paul Ryan.
