An awesome place I've visited:
Byzantine cathedral in Ukraine. Secluded stream surrounded by trees and walls of rugged rock and a waterfall in Northern Australia. Roosevelt building in Corktown.
My perfect Sunday:
no work! A warm sunny day where i can be barefoot in the grass with someone and have something fun planned, like maybe a tapas and salsa music themed patio party in the evening? OBVIOUSLY with candles and cushions and little decorative touches! dont even get me started on the food....
The movie I've watched the most times:
snatch, The Matrix reloaded. i'd watch a very long engagement much more if i owned it - love it. And i want to watch lots more Pedro almodovar films too.

My first concert / My dream concert:
My first real concert was Gigantour, i adored it then. I saw Kraak & Smaak and Booka shade at DEMF, and that was fantastic too. Now i'd love to see kaiser chiefs, shade empire, Rammenstein and most of all okean elzy. Usually i end up going to electronic shows becuase there's plenty around many of my friends organize/play them.
Obscure knowledge I possess:
how to dye and felt wool. how to bake Moroccan wedding pie, how to take a photo on one of my vintage cameras (oldest and proudest from 1930s) and process the film by hand, make prints in the darkroom. how to charm birds out of the trees.
I have a weakness for guys/girls who:
I can discuss 3d printing or wild theoretical physics musings with. I have my dreamy head in the clouds, but i also have it calculating and stuck behind a copy of wired magazine. talk to me nerdy.
For me, a first date no-no is:
If you hate or are afraid of Detroit. Or of me, i am some sort of a terrifying (in a sublime sense, i would hope) creature, rumour has it.
What I would bring to show and tell:
Lately i've been carrying around a copy of 'The Rejected Lovers' by William Steig. It's doodles next to a few lines of poetry, and they're absolutely fantastic. I guarantee anyone will find at least one that will resonate quite deeply for them.
A story you should remind me to tell you on our first date:
Pedestrian border check between Ukraine and Poland. fucking ridiculous. The time i sewed prunes together and got an A grade.
I secretly want to be:
An astro/theoretical physicist, and a dancer - especially salsa or 90s gogo dancer. ssshh!
I want to be with someone who wants to be:
Making cool things with me. Let's learn to 3D print or design an astrolabe or do some street art. Or how about sew some funny looking stuffed animals or start a business empire?
An infatuation of mine:
Making asian food. I've gotten pretty fantastic at Mongolian beef in black bean sauce.
If I won the lottery and quit my job, I would:
Stop complaining about things not being there and fund them. Such as the building of an authentic medieval castle ( provides jobs, boosts tourism, preserves historical knowledge such as building techniques - see im a smarty pants too). And an accelerated technical/nerdy 'academy' for smart kiddies who go to crappy schools. Isn't it stupid how you can invest in jails but not in schools? bad business model, America.
One thing my mother would want you to know about me:
You should buy me thoughtful little things sometimes for no reason, because i adore doing that for you.
I want to come home to:
someone cuddly - and naughty too. but let's not dwell on that just yet. I'll do your natal chart (advanced astrology, gentlemen!) and find out if you're inclined to be either of those anyway. But really i'd like to come home to a little chat and lots of laughs.
