Newfoundland - where my grandma was from - rivers as blue as fine china - or were they tidal straights?
It depends. If it's just me alone all day then for starters the Times sprawled over the comforter. Then maybe I'll move on to a DVR, or that novel that I've always wanted to start. Or maybe I'd just go out walkin' .. Otherwise then hanging out with buddies and a drink somewhere. Maybe brunch or something..and checking out some random neighborhood or museum anywhere around here. Summertime? The beach. But which one? Hmm... that's always the been the question.. If waking up with someone else than maybe everything delayed in the above scenarios for who knows how long..
I like cinemoi. That channel shows a lot of really interesting movies from the 60's-70's - but I'm afraid I'll lose it if I switch service providers.. I liked Fargo a lot..and Babe. More recently I'd go with Flight or Argo. I guess it might sound pretentious but 60's French cinema always kills me... I really don't have an all-time favorite but the gorgeous cinematography and score from Contempt always comes back to me (it was on cinemoi recently..!).
I'm a Brooklyn transplant originally from the Midwest. I've lived here for about four years and I like it. It has taken some getting used to..but I think I've passed that three-year test. I've lived in a bunch of places. I like it here, especially the first-rate cultural attractions. There are tons of interesting museums in this town that I haven't even visited yet. And the beaches are ok, too. I went to college in Ohio, lived and went to school in Chicago afterwards, and eventually gravitated back towards the east coast.
I'm thinking Neil Young 1972-ish. Or Bruce Springsteen on the Jersey shore 1971-1973. Oh yea, and toss in some Lou Reed VU and solo 1968-1972. Lately, White Denim or The Amazing anywhere around here. First concert New Order somewhere in the midwest. Saw REM a month later. I guess I was lucky..

My childhood curious george stuffed animal doll..and that old german stuffed ocelot cat , too. I guess it's crazy that I still have them...What's amazing is the journeys they made before they eventually got back to me in the last couple of years.
'bout that last first date
Some guy organizing his notes with the eastern Atlantic surf pounding away at his feet.
Engaged, opinionated and talkative.
The smell of forests.
Avoid media attention.
Ok - she always knew that I knew that my easter basket would always be hidden in the dryer down in the basement.
Louis C.K. on the DVR. Where ya been, Louie?
