I'm educated and intelligent, but not an intellectual. I am a food scientist and kickboxing teacher on the side, so I enjoy all things food related followed by some serious calorie burning. :) I am a big movie buff and I love to sing in the car; I suggest investing in some earplugs, and a good sense of humor. I'm a little artsy fartsy. I love to travel and see new places, and indulge in most any type of cuisine & I love ice cream, but LUST after gelato.

I prefer someone strong, secure, and confident, but not cocky or arrogant. Someone who can make me laugh, feel appreciated, and special. I'm up for anything so my ideal man might have an adventurous side complete with spontaneity. I am a social person, so you should be outgoing and enjoy social gatherings, but I don't necessarily need the life of the party. I might have enough for both of us :) I'm looking for a family man. Yes, I want kids, but I don't want to date one. An understanding of the meaning of compromise and communication is key.
