buy a motorcycle and drive around Europe (probably starting in Austria). Join the Peace Corps. Get my pilots license. Hike the Appalachian Trail. Visit every monastery in France. Join an archaeological dig in Jordan. Dedicate all my time to the USO. Go to Venice for Carnivale. And then to Brazil, also for Carnivale. Man, I'm getting carried away...
