My life history in 5 sentences or fewer:

I grew up in North Carolina. I moved to Oregon to grad school. Now I live in Boston. I love learning, trying new things, going new places, and being in the sunshine.

My first concert / My dream concert:

My aunt took me to my first concert: John Stamos. I like big shows, but what I really like is live music in small venues. Good or bad, that's a good way to spend an evening.

Obscure knowledge I possess:

Maybe everything. I know too much obscure knowledge to comment. I love science, literature, design, technology, travel, and just about anything else. I read a lot. And I share that knowledge when it's cool enough. I may not win at every trivia night, but I think it's cool to know how things work. And I take it as my responsibility to pass along the knowledge I'm excited about.
