not 5 sentences but w/e: grew up in Latin America, went to school in FL and the midwest, moved to DC in search of a career in international affairs, working as a contractor for a technology firm, and enjoying life as it goes. love to dance, read, and meet people. empathetic, bubbly, and charismatic. looking to form strong friendships or a relationship and see where it goes from there.
My first concert / My dream concert:
Miguel, Ciara, Talib Kweli, Common, Kanye West (yes, him), Rihanna (yes, Rihanna, she's got some good songs!), Pitbull, Beirut...I have a strong taste for urban music.

make me laugh (major plus). are bold and confident but not cocky. ambitious but considerate and realistic. can dance - not a big requirement but it would be awesome to have a dance partner to go out with. so many creepers around town... ^.^ not necessary: have an interest in international affairs or politics/economics as well as in quirky activities in DC.
For me, a first date no-no is:
being a jerk. you know, the usual.
I secretly want to be:
a public policy leader. alternates: an interpreter at the UN or the next Christiane Amanpour/Soledad O'Brien. different paths but both equally rewarding. publicly, I want to be: happy.
I want to be with someone who wants to be:
someone who has a zest for life. who is ambitious, positive, joyful, and who approaches life as an adventure. i am always impressed with someone who is full of enthusiasm and who surprises me.
An infatuation of mine:

If I won the lottery and quit my job, I would:
move to South America/buy a house in Miami, start my own business/ social venture, travel, and write.
