Listen-watch

How about we… check out a summer movie at a Drive-In theater: http://bit.ly/kGqr72.

Drink-cafe

How about we… bring two pairs of headphones and a laptop to a cafe, get snacks and drinks, and watch a movie on a rainy day.

Other

How about we… write down a bunch of random questions, put them in a hat and get to know each other by pulling them out, one at a time.

About Stina13

An awesome place I've visited:

I've been to Maui, Hawaii and I've been to France. :)

My perfect Sunday:

Go to church, eat out for brunch, come back and read the comics, read a few flyers, watch some movies with the family, go on a bike ride, have a nice meal together and watch Desperate Housewives and Brothers & Sisters.

The movie I've watched the most times:

I've probably watched Grease or Practical Magic the most. Or Coyote Ugly. Or Lilo & Stitch :P Lately I watch Doctor Who on Netfix a lot lol I'm trying to get through all the seasons :)

My life history in 5 sentences or fewer:

I grew up by a really small town raising steers and farming with my family. I have a TON of family members, I used to ride around in a moving truck all over the US with my dad who worked for a moving company so I've traveled to lots of states. I've also been to France and to Hawaii before. I went to public school, made some friends, and now I'm going to college at Wartburg where I've made new friends (and some old).

My first concert / My dream concert:

I've seen Saving Jane at my school but I think an awesome concert to go to would be Train. Although, I'm really up for any kind of concert. I've also seen KJ52 and Troubled Annie and SafetySuit. I missed out on going to a Hinder concert back in high school because my parents didn't trust the roads in the wintertime.

Obscure knowledge I possess:

I can tell you that in my college library, the computer/technology books are in the 0-100s section, the movies in the 793 section, 700s is literary things such as plays and fiction novels, and the 900s has war stories and stories from other countries. It's really nerdy, I know. I also help all the old people at the library learn how to use the internet and I suppose a few college students too. I'm kind of handy with the computer sometimes.

I have a weakness for guys/girls who:

have arms that make them look like they'd be good at playing baseball. There's also a certain kind of smile some guys have that just makes me go completely week at the knees and smile like a total goof.

For me, a first date no-no is:

If you're full of yourself or if you can't lighten up and just have fun. People who take themselves too seriously are sort of annoying. Also, let me know if you actually like me! lol If I don't like you then I won't act like I like you, if I do then I will. I sort of expect the same lol

What I would bring to show and tell:

I would honestly bring my cats. My tom cat's name is Jeffrey Dahmer, but we call him Jeffy usually. When he was younger, he was kind of a pussy (haha I had to make a pun) so we gave him a name that would strike fear into the hearts of the other cats. My other cats are a white calico named Pickles and a kitten named Stachio (Stache for short) who is named after his Hitler looking mustache. He also has a beard though, which is why his name isn't Adolf. (We've had a black kitten named Adolf before) Or I'd bring my grandmother's jewelry. It all depends on the show and tell setting.

A story you should remind me to tell you on our first date:

How I played a burglar in a play and ended up tripping across the entire stage to land flat on my face in front of the whole town, as well as my grandparents.

I secretly want to be:

the world's best librarian by day and a secret agent/rock star by night.

I want to be with someone who wants to be:

my own personal superhero :) Green Lantern perhaps? Thor? Captain America? Classic Superman/Batman/Spiderman? You decide ;) (Most girls want this but use other words and phrases to describe it. We want you to be there for us physically, emotionally, and we want to feel safe when you wrap your arms around us)

An infatuation of mine:

My first concert was Saving Jane at my college (Signed CD!) but my dream concert would probably be someone who had awesome 90s songs and is still coming out with good ones. Probably Train. I'm mildly infatuated with the idea of being able to do a cartwheel. I can't, but I keep trying to! I'm also infatuated with Doctor Who and True Blood. Go figure lol

If I won the lottery and quit my job, I would:

Pay off school loans/debt -->buy a convertible mustang or camero--> fix up my hometown--> Move to Hawaii--> travel the world --> fly my friends and family out to see me occasionally

One thing my mother would want you to know about me:

She would warn you about how much I talk probably haha

I want to come home to:

Well-behaved kids and a loving husband/father where we can all sit down and have a nice meal together, talk about our days, and then either do a family activity or sit down to watch our favorite tv shows together. Bike rides and board game nights are a must! This is in the future of course, my fantasy so-to-speak.
