An awesome place I've visited:
I have been blessed to have traveled extensively and have loved every place I have visited. However, I do love "walled cities" from any period in history. I have loved Dubrovnik, St. Paul de Vence, etc.
The movie I've watched the most times:
Jane Austen movies and movies from that period in history. I loved Downton Abbey on PBS and love Lark Rises in Candleford on PBS.
My life history in 5 sentences or fewer:
I majored in anthropology as an undergraduate. Went to graduate school and taught deaf children. Have done a lot of volunteer work. Am now an R.N. Have two grown sons who I adore.
My first concert / My dream concert:
My first concert was the Jefferson Airplane. I would love to see Martina McBride, Lady Gaga, Rascal Flatts, Joh Groban, Jackie Evancho, Usher, etc.
I have a weakness for guys/girls who:
are honest, value integrity and it sows in how they treat a woman
For me, a first date no-no is:
having any expectation of going home with me
I secretly want to be:
a able to play the piano, studying chimpanzees at the Jane Goodall Institute
I want to be with someone who wants to be:
in a serious committed relationship
If I won the lottery and quit my job, I would:
start a foundation, put 2/3rds of my money in the foundation and would love to speak to people like Melinda Gates about the priorities in the world.......one being getting control of the education system in this country....and putting an influx of money where it belongs....one being raising teachers salaries
One thing my mother would want you to know about me:
That I am a good, kind caring, loving person who always goes out of my way to help other people if I can.
I want to come home to:
my dog Chloe and my partner (whoever that may be)
