If I won the lottery and quit my job, I would:
Travel all over the world first, then buy a little working farm (yogurt and cheese making maybe?) in the Hudson Valley, and maybe a working vineyard in Napa, unless I find other, better places to get my fill of wine and cheese while I'm travelling the world. Anyway, then I'd split my time between the two, and I'd start a philanthropy as well.
