An awesome place I've visited:
This used to read Lexington, Kentucky, but now I live here. Uh, I'm somewhat fond of New York.
My perfect Sunday:
Ride my horse, bake cookies, watch football.
The movie I've watched the most times:
Seabiscuit, Elizabethtown, Remember The Titans, The Princess Bride. I will quote any one of those to you word-for-word.
My first concert / My dream concert:
I saw Jonathan Groff do a solo cabaret show in Indianapolis in October. It was amazing and inspiring.
Obscure knowledge I possess:
I can name every Kentucky Derby winner going back to the first running in 1875. Also, I have a lot of Broadway soundtracks memorized. And I know Latin.
I have a weakness for guys/girls who:
Make me laugh, and are passionate about something.
What I would bring to show and tell:
Can I bring my horse?
A story you should remind me to tell you on our first date:
How I wound up in the back of a police car the morning of the presidential inauguration in 2009 (it was not my fault, I swear to God).
I secretly want to be:
It's not-so-secret, but I'm an aspiring author.
I want to be with someone who wants to be:
It doesn't matter what you do, as long as you're passionate about it and have ambition.
An infatuation of mine:
I spend most of my free time with my horses, volunteering with horses, reading about horses, writing about horses .... are you sensing a theme?
If I won the lottery and quit my job, I would:
I wouldn't want to quit my job because I'd go stir-crazy. But I'd want to use the money to help rescue and re-home ex-racehorses. And I'd want to travel :)
I want to come home to:
My horse in the backyard, and someone who doesn't care if I sing showtunes in the shower.
