Born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, where I spent most of my time reading comic books, drawing, and playing guitar. Went to NYU for animation, then moved to Brooklyn for a year to finish up the whole "Guy in five bands at once" gig. Then I got a scholarship to law school and moved to DC for three years. Now that I'm out, I've moved to L.A. to write.
My first concert / My dream concert:
My first real concert (i.e., not with my parents) was Less Than Jake (New Found Glory and The Impossibles opened). Yeah, I was one of those ska kids. Still get excited when I find out a band has a brass section.
Obscure knowledge I possess:
Comic books. Like whoa.
I have a weakness for guys/girls who:
Can beat me at Risk.
For me, a first date no-no is:
Being significantly late. Like, more than 20 minutes.
What I would bring to show and tell:
My dogs. They are ooooold.

I don't secretly want to be anybody. I do, however, very publicly want to be Spider-man.

Well, basically the same thing I do right now for a living--but I'd do it from my own island nation. Or hover-city, depending on the total payout and then-current level of hover technology.
