One day I was riding down Fifth Avenue on the bus in New York. When on the sidewalk I spotted Gene Wilder walking down the street. Suddenly someone on the bus said "is that Gene Wilder" and the bus driver says"yes". The bus driver then honks his horn and everyone on the bus waved to Gene Wilder. I thought it was funny and couldn't help but wonder what Gene Wilder might be thinking.
