I have a weakness for guys/girls who:

are totally spontaneously funny and not afraid to push the line of being appropriate when it comes to humor...i'm not saying it's ok to be inappropriate, there is a line remember.

For me, a first date no-no is:

denying the first date kiss good night.....it's never happened before, hahah, but I don't want be left leaning in and kiss the back of your head as you go inside...that would not be good.
