The movie I've watched the most times:
The Blues Brothers. I haven't been in a movie theatre in years but I love it when this comes but there's something about the cross-section of music that this film pinned down at a time between the disco and punk periods of the 20th century. Maybe it's just all the lines I quote to myself often!
My life history in 5 sentences or fewer:
Born in Wisconsin and bred in Jersey but I'm *not* like the people pictured on any reality show currently set in my beloved Garden State. Bounced around between jobs for a long time but I've finally gotten my act together and fnished my undergraduate studies at Columbia this past May. Currently getting my house in order and planning on a big move to the Big Apple in the hopefully-not-too-distant-future!
My first concert / My dream concert:
Coldplay! I love, live, and breathe them and my one regret in life is that I"ve never seen them live. Any girl that would be willing to listen to them with me will find herself going straight to my heart.
Obscure knowledge I possess:
Oh boy, I was a history major at Columbia and I wouldn't know where to begin. I've won enough bar discussions and free beers over what I know and I can be found yelling at the T.V. if I catch a game show while flipping channels.
For me, a first date no-no is:
Bringing up an ex. Being late is bad but in New York, 1,000 things can cause one to be tardy for an apointment.
What I would bring to show and tell:
All the pictures and tickets stubs from around America that I've collected over the years.
A story you should remind me to tell you on our first date:
Either how I put 25,000 miles on my Mustang last year seeing a ton of ball games and American in between, or when I rode the entire New York City subway stations - all 468 stations - on one fare when the IRT Contract 1 line turned 100 in 2004.
I secretly want to be:
famous (but I know that I won't pimp myself out enough for that to ever happen) or working alongside Kelsey Grammer.
I want to be with someone who wants to be:
just as comfortable around me as she is in her own skin.
An infatuation of mine:
Coldplay! Eternity Summer by Calvin Klein would come in a close second, followed in no particular order by Twitter, the Chrysler Building, cheese, and finding the picture perfect New York Street.
One thing my mother would want you to know about me:
My Mom's sitting across from me here at Panera and in her words, "I'm kindhearted". There ya go!
