I completely nerded out at the Atomium in Brussels, went camping on Oahu, and saw my first rainbow in New Mexico. These places are tied for "awesome" in my mind. I also like train stations, lighthouses, old buildings, and rural beaches.
Involves a lot of coffee, live music, and time to explore the city. Or, alternatively, a lot of coffee, chilling out with a good book and a rainy window. The coffee is key.

My childhood was divided between the US and Italy, shuttling between a city and a farm. I read a lot of books, bought a lot of train tickets, and went to school. I fell in love with anatomy. Now I work, play, cook, and roam about in New York City.

Travel by train from Moscow to Hong Kong, build a giant yurt, renovate old homes, invest in environmental entrepreneurship, donate a lot of my winnings to independent schools, and spend long lazy days cooking for my family and friends.
I am incapable of eating a sensible breakfast, but I make a great cheesecake. And have been known to eat said cheesecake for breakfast.
