How about we… Go for a ride on one of the local trails (Capital Crescent, Rock Creek Park, Mt. Vernon, etc.) and grab some lunch / dinner along the way or afterwards.
How about we… Capitals Game - Catch a home game and then some dinner at a nearby restaurant. Assuming I can find tickets in time of course. :-)
I'm not sure it was awesome ... but I've been out to the West Coast for work twice. Death Valley, CA was certainly interesting. I'd like to eventually travel more on my own or with someone special - haven't done much at the moment.

My head is full of computer (Windows PC, Linux, Mac OS X) knowledge and leftover pieces of history knowledge from my earlier life.

Not looking like your pictures, constantly checking the phone, and not allowing the other person to talk.
You could remind me to pick any one of a number of stories about the various strange people I work with.

That's when I snap out of it and am glad I'm alive now ;-)
happy and fulfilled - whether that's in her career, personal life, or all of the above.
Manage a scholarship fund to help students escape West Virginia & the Appalachian region. This is in addition to the usual "buy homes for family members" and the like.
