An awesome place I've visited:

I was lucky enough to study abroad in Rome and travel a bit while there. Simply amazing. Fell in love with the cuisine, the art and architecture. I like to attempt to recreate authentic sauces and dishes... with some success and some failure.

My perfect Sunday:

Coffee and then biking to the Logan Square farmers market. Then spend the day outdoors in the park or checking out thrift stores or record stores.

The movie I've watched the most times:

Silly movie to have watched a ton but definitely Zoolander. Also there are some older films that I used to watch as a kid such as Robin Hood starring Errol Flynn. I also am admittedly a Disney film junkie from childhood... the music is just so catchie!

My life history in 5 sentences or fewer:

Grew up in the NYC area an hour north of the city, had an upbringing filled with the outdoors, camping, backpacking, rock climbing, canoeing and skiing. Came to Chicago for college and have lived here since. Still like to get out when I can to do the outdoor activities I love. I am now finishing a 2nd degree and am looking forward to where life takes me.

My first concert / My dream concert:

Really would love to see Radiohead, alas I have only seen them from the branch of a tree on the other side of the Lollapalooza fence a few years back. If Andrew Bird and Martin Dosh performed together again that would be a great show to see! Bright Eyes would be fantastic too. Also, I need to see Little Dragon again as soon as I can! My dream concert would include David Byrne and the Talking Heads certainly. My first concert ever when I was 13 was They Might be Giants.

I have a weakness for guys/girls who:

Have a good sense of humor and are happy to be themselves and don't feel they need to change for people.
