A good workout in the morning, then a great football game with friends and a barbecue. (Not a footballaholic, but I do love the game)

I was born and had a normal life. After I graduated H.S. I went in the Navy. I traveled overseas and when I got out of the Navy I did the most awesome, 3 week , cross country road trip with my then 16 year old brother. I moved to Denver in 1998 and met my future ex wife, we had a son, got divorced and I took up triathlons. Here I am.

My first concert / My dream concert:

Aerosmith - Get a grip tour - 1994? Saw them in Virginia. Dream concert - probably BB King (before it's to late to see him play)
