The short version: Tea. (In the interest of time, feel free to skip forward) The long version: Classical music, lots of other music, European art (especially Italian Renaissance), Japanese culture, cognitive psychology, education & pedagogy, theatre, opera, world travel, NYC, London, Italy, my 3 guitars, sailing, cross-country skiing (dowhnill less so), Ballroom dancing (competitive & social), long-distance cycling (no longer), teaching all sorts of people how computers work, technology, business, strategy, investing, choral & a cappella singing, or singing in various languages I don't know, jamming with people, home-made mojitos, dirty martinis, Campari, cognac, various cheeses, English afternoon tea, the Japanese tea ceremony, and just tea in general. (I offered to skip forward, now didn't I?) These have been my loves over time, with various degrees of attention given to each. However, I am much more single-minded when it comes to female companionship!
I can identify a decent number of Italian cheeses just by look and taste. I can also twirl a baton (but not at the same time).
1) I may have been Italian, Egyptian, Greek or something else exotic in a past life. 2) I'm a reform/cultural Jew, who likes to eat everything! 3) I am curious and often strike up conversations with strangers. 4) I like to travel and mingle with the locals. 5) I value creativity and like being unique.
I can cook! (I'm Italian, it's basically a requirement!)
I grew up in the country and moved to the big city two years ago. I'm an Italian stallion although most people think I look Jewish. I used to have a fro and a regular spot on the dance floor, but I gave it all up to be a teacher.
Hardcore into sports..Cheered for my college... 3 degrees.. speak Italian... insanely amazing family/animals.. grew up in Texas...moved to NYC for fashion.
I'm funny. I speak Italian
Whenever I go to Europe, they don't just think I'm of Japanese descent, they think I'm from Japan, and they love to guess (wrongly). People say, "oh your Italian is pretty good, where are you from? Giapone?" Or, "where should we send these boxes. Japan?" One time, I said, "well, I'm actually Chinese." They answered, "Chinese, Japanese, same thing!" Geesh!
