How about we… Meet for happy hour at the Crystal Ballroom/Ringler's, play pinball and shuffleboard, then spontaneously decide if we should go to the 80s dance party upstairs.
How about we… go dancing? Instead of the hitting up a dance club, find a restaurant that teaches salsa lessons or a dance studio that teaches ballroom dance classes.
How about we… ballroom dance under the moonlight.

The short version: Tea. (In the interest of time, feel free to skip forward) The long version: Classical music, lots of other music, European art (especially Italian Renaissance), Japanese culture, cognitive psychology, education & pedagogy, theatre, opera, world travel, NYC, London, Italy, my 3 guitars, sailing, cross-country skiing (dowhnill less so), Ballroom dancing (competitive & social), long-distance cycling (no longer), teaching all sorts of people how computers work, technology, business, strategy, investing, choral & a cappella singing, or singing in various languages I don't know, jamming with people, home-made mojitos, dirty martinis, Campari, cognac, various cheeses, English afternoon tea, the Japanese tea ceremony, and just tea in general. (I offered to skip forward, now didn't I?) These have been my loves over time, with various degrees of attention given to each. However, I am much more single-minded when it comes to female companionship!
I'm a whirlwind on two feet, always looking for new things to do. I like to read all the things, but especially fantasy. I'm geeky and creative: I knit and sew and do 19th century ballroom dance; I also dabble with modern ballroom and salsa (Dabble!). I'm a singer, and also gainfully employed. I'm a New Yorker who doesn't know enough about this city.
I was born and raised in California, but went to school on the East Coast. I've loved to write since I was 5 years old. I'm a deep thinker who loves trying new things, having great conversations, cracking jokes and going on adventures. I like cycling, performing improv, movies, reading the news, fiction, theology, philosophy - anything that challenges me to grow in understanding - ballroom dancing, hiking. Guilty pleasures: the Voice, How I Met Your Mother.

I am a Christian Man who embraces life to its highest potential. I am young at heart and have a great sense of humor. I am very adventurous and not afraid to try new things. I love to laugh and make others laugh and live in a very positive frame of mind. Right now my newest adventure is Ballroom Dancing. I love it!!! If you can walk you can dance. I am involved in competitions and am having a ball. Great exercise too. My life is full of good life and a career which stimulates my energy as well as good working. I love outdoor sports and have also enjoyed playing them. My favorite to play is Football When not working you will find me on the dance floor or outside taking in the fresh air and sun. I love to give back to others since I have been so blessed in life. Friendship is first and utmost in a relationship. I love to talk and am a very good listener. I take pride in my appearance and want to always look my best whether or an evening dress. I am very down to earth but yet can be sophisticated. I do not want any players for I am not one myself. Life is to short not to smell the roses and enjoy each moment

Grew up in northern California. Fell in love with outdoor recreation and ballroom dance. Moved to Boise, ID for two years where I shared a house with 9 other girls. Awesome. I went to Brazil for a year and a half. Awesome-er. Then I somehow ended up in Utah. But I'm glad I did because now I'm doing all the things I love and am surrounded by amazing people!! The end.
