How about we… I have tickets to the Bolshoi Ballet Friday June 1 at the Kennedy Center my treat of course. You don't have to be a ballet fan. The Bolshoi is super cool even if you have never been to anything like it. You have to have a nice dressy dress. I will have you home before you turn into a pumpkin. Promise.
How about we… check out Susan Stroman's "Double Feature" at New York City Ballet.
How about we… see American Ballet Theatre's "Onegin."

a professional dancer (not sure what type - ballet, jazz, or on broadway)
a ballet dancer
a dancer. I danced ballet, jazz and modern all through high school and college, but stopped once I started working on Wall St.
Lived in New York, DC, Geneva, Milan, Beijing. Traveled to 21 countries. Once strategy consultant, now run product management at a NYC startup. Salsa and tango dancer, opera and ballet goer, hiker, swimmer, aspiring bungee jumper and guitar player.
I'm originally from Bumblefuck, Louisiana and have been in New York close to six years. I write freelance and am an editor at AOL, and travel quite a bit (I will have been to 10 countries by the end of this year). I love dance (ballet, modern, jazz, funk, tap - you name it) and I have an absurd knowledge of the history of modern dance. I scored - and I'm really proud of this one - a 100 average in my dance history class in college. Other than that, I like comic books, sitcoms, improv and coffee.
A professional dancer, with knowledge of a wide range of dance styles, including ballet.
My first ballet recital.
facts about the New York CIty Ballet
I grew up in PA, have been living in NYC for nearly a decade (eek!) and don't know where I see myself settling down...preferably somewhere with land and nature smells and starry nights. I'm a dancer, ballet teacher, occasional writer and random job-doer. I live in Brooklyn and love it for its neighborhood-y feel.
