How about we… be completely cheesy and eat at shake shack?
How about we… go to First Thursday in Dumbo and check out all the open art galleries and then go to Superfine.
How about we… go to Fat Cat and have a game marathon: table tennis, billiards, scrabble, etc. Also, no pressure, but there WILL be a winner :)
How about we… Go shopping for boyfriends at the Greek and Roman Galleries at the Met.
How about we… go for a walk in Central Park? Or go for a visit to The Cloisters? Or go to just about any museum?
How about we… grab a cocktail and go see some stand-up comedy.
How about we… take a hike into ʻĪao Valley.
How about we… go workout and then to a sport bar after work together
How about we… lots of fun and suprizes
How about we… go to the zoo? [Note: This was written in the summer when I was in NYC. Central Park Zoo had just opened their snow leopard exhibit. It's winter now, I'm in Boston, and the zoo here sucks.]
How about we… Rent a zipcar and discover something interesting.
How about we… venture to Jackson Heights and have a culinary adventure - one beer and one dish from as many different regions as our stomachs, livers and wallets can handle.
How about we… go to a wine, cheese, and meat tasting
How about we… walk some dogs.
How about we… go get fried chicken and ribs at Sylvia's in Harlem.
How about we… go visit a secret place at the Metropolitan Museum of Art where a tuxedoed waiter will serve us coffee, tea and delicious cookies while we relax and chat in a luxurious room?
How about we… go to the new exhibit at MoMA?
How about we… find a secret rooftop and have a midday picnic?
How about we… just drive somewhere we can see the stars and chill on the roof of the car.
How about we… Start at the bottom of Manhattan and Walk north, seeing how far we get. (Coffee along the way - maybe lunch at the end)

Born and raised in Queens, I come from a loud, crazy family. I escaped to Rhode Island for school, but realized that I'm a New Yorker through and through. Now I'm back, from what seemed like outer space, and do the one thing that I feel like I was meant to do: teach--along with yoga and hang out with friends.
Cruel Intentions
sputter, sputter, stop, go, go, GO!!!! Midwestern-bred and California-raised. Circuitous life, never the same thing twice! Educated Ivy and abroad. Like travel --- next stop, India!
Grew up in the south... Loved acting, music and theatre since very young-- still do and pursue them with passion. Spirituality is a huge part of my world-- have been to India twice to study meditation and music. Family and friends are very important to me. I love Nature and natural beauty-- been to Hawaii a few times and love it.

Beach and a book.
Engineer turned startup junkie turned investment banker turned educationist. (There was that brief detour when I wanted to become an academic and teach postcolonial theory. We'll leave that bit out for now.)
I travel quite a bit. I just spent a month backpacking through Chile and Argentina. Steak, wine and cowboys! What's not to love? Also, I could definitely get used to siestas!
Cambodia was a phenomenal place to visit - friendly people, great food, and amazing historical sites.
