If you didn’t already know, last night’s Presidential Debate fell on the 20th anniversary of the POTUS and FLOTUS’s marriage. They are adorable — like, want-to-cry, should-be-in-a-rom-com adorable — but they also represent strong and independent individuals in a committed marriage.

Buzzfeed posted the video below, which depicts moments like Barack and Michelle’s first kiss and brings a whole new life to this already aww-inducing couple. It’s equal parts adorable and cheesy and it makes you forget that these are the two simple and sophisticated people are running our country.
